Banana
preservation and ripening technology
MONT-ORG
Ltd. carried out the biggest banana ripening plant
of the region with 40 rooms in the Nagybani Market
in Budapest upon Italian order in 1995. After that
further 22 banana ripening rooms were installed by
MONT-ORG Ltd. all over the country up to August 2001.
We supply and install the most up-to-date banana ripening
and preservation technology in one or double loading
level according to the customer's requirements.
The ripening and preservation processes are managed
by special microprocessor instruments, which are equipped
with an interface to a personal computer. The full
working process may be operated both automatically
and/or manually.
Several feelers detect both fruit pulp temperature
and room air temperature and are arranged in various
points of the cold-storage rooms.
